Theatre, Centre des arts, La Grande Boissière

It's a mini show, but it works to the max. In a few minutes, the company Un Air de Rien opens wide the doors of creation and plunges the spectators, young and old, into the secrets of showmaking. After the vice on stage, they will discover the versa behind the scenes and the essential ingredients to raise, like a soufflé, a beautiful show.
For example, nothing is really possible without a nice text from which dialogue has been removed, hence the need for good actors, sets and lighting, the lot bathed by a soundtrack. Some ingredients are also added-value, the cherries on the cakes that give flavour to the mix.
These spicy elements include special effects, smoke, fluorescent materials or trapdoors. All these and many other backstage treasures can be discovered during this show.
This show is staged in the framework of the Fête du Théâtre, whose objective is to bring together Genevans around both professional and amateur theatre practice. The idea is to create proximity and immediacy between the public and this ancestral cultural practice. For the past three years, the Fête du Thlâtre team has developed a programme in partnership with 17 Geneva theaters, 4 Swiss-French stages and local institutions.
